Director, Process Systems
Position Description:
The Director of Process Systems for Knelson Process Solutions, a division of Knelson, has direct responsibility for market development and support of product and services in the field of carbon stripping and reactivation, and related hydrometallurgical processes. Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Director will further plan, direct, and control a team of engineers in the design and product development of automated CIL/CIP, gold elution circuits and gravity concentrate leaching equipment circuits. With technical knowledge in this niche market, the Director will use expert analysis of sales and marketing strategies and experience in the mining industry to develop relationships, while promoting Knelson products to corporate objectives in order to obtain maximum profitability and sales volume.

Employment requirements:
· Masters of Business Administration, Marketing, and Finance or related field
· Minimum 8 years management, contract negotiations, marketing and business development
· Minimum 8 years of Project Management experience in engineering environment, including experience in developing and reading engineering drawings and 3D models
· Minimum 5 years in the ADR equipment industry with developed industry relationships and experience designing ADR and Merrill-Crowe processes
· Analytic approach to problem solving
· Energetic, articulate, self-starter, with ability to manage multiple projects and deadline driven
· International and multi-cultural sales and marketing management experience is an asset
· Ability to travel internationally
· Strong software skills
